PARKING, BUS DEPARTURE TO PITSTOPS+GRAB&GO’S AND UPLOAD LOT
Free Parking for all Crew Members and Volunteers will be available at Ontario Place, Parking Lot 2. This is located at 955 Lake Shore Boulevard West, Toronto Ontario.
A free shuttle service which will be running all day, that will take you from your car to the Rogers Centre, or from the Rogers Centre back to Ontario Place Parking Lot 2. PLEASE NOTE: Pitstops, Grab & Go’s, Road Teams will depart from Ontario Place Lot 2.
Your bus will pick you up from parking lot 2 and bring you to your Pit stop or Grab & Go.
Event vehicles are parked in the upload lot which is as well located in parking lot 2.

BREAKFAST, GEAR DROP-OFF, BUS DEPARTURES - 5:00-6:00am Gear drop-off and continental breakfast served at Parking Lot 2, Ontario Place. - 6:00am-7:30am Pit stop, Grab & Go or lunch teams: Please stay onsite at Parking Lot 2 Ontario Place and meet with your team. Coach buses will be taking you from here to your appropriate stop. Road Teams (Sweep/ Caboose/Moto Safety/Taxi etc): Meet with your team Captain and standby in upload lot. Camp teams (Tent setup/Communications/Team 2015/ Food Service etc): Please take the shuttle bus to the Rogers Centre. - 8:00am Opening Ceremonies begin.

Invite your friends and family to Camp on Saturday night for entertainment and a big announcement! However, please remember that food and refreshments are not available for your guests.
We encourage all visitors to be dropped off or use public transportation, as the cost of parking is extremely high.
CAMPING GEAR
Drop off your gear as soon as you arrive on Saturday morning. Gear Drop-Off will be located at Rogers Centre and Parking Lot 2. You will not be able to access any of the gear after you drop it off during the day, so it is important to carry with you the necessities that you will need, such as an extra pair of socks, sunscreen and your cell phone. Please Note: All bags will be checked and inspected due to Rogers Centre Security. Items that will not be allowed into the arena will be liquor, hard coolers, open food not in a sealed container etc. Additional information on permitted items can be found at the official Rogers Centre site.
CAMP ENTERTAINMENT
Get excited for camp entertainment after dinner on Saturday, at 5:00 pm! Invite your friends, family and business colleagues- for a small cash donation of $10 at the door, they too can be a part of your journey to end all women’s cancers in our lifetime and experience our all-star entertainment line up!
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND EVENT PACKETS
All Crew should begin the Online Check-in process before arriving to the All Crew Meeting. Here you can watch the safety video, enter emergency contact information and more from the comfort of your own home or office. Your packet will be available for pick-up at The All Crew Meeting, Friday, September 5, 2014.
Onsite Check-In will begin at 5:00pm, on Friday, September 5, 2014, for all Crew Members who have not completed the online process.

ARRIVING ON SITE
SHUTTLES
A free shuttle service will run from the Official Host Hotel to Opening Ceremonies on Saturday morning. Shuttles depart Saturday morning, September 6, at 6:30 am, 6:40 am, and 6:45 am.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP PARKING
If you are being dropped off, please arrange to be dropped off at our Free Crew and Volunteer Parking Lot located at Ontario Place Parking Lot 2, 955 Lakeshore Blvd West, Toronto, Ontario.

OTHER PARKING DETAILS
There are limited spaces under the Rogers Centre; however these are on a first serve basis and pay only. Please click on the link below for Reservation information for the Accessible parking stalls under the Rogers Centre, should you need to reserve your parking.
Various lots may not allow overnight parking so participants must be sure to make sure you can park overnight if needed.
Once you complete the process through Online Check-In, your tent assignment will be emailed to you on Thursday, September 4. Please watch for this email and be sure to write your tent assignment on your luggage tag and attach it to your gear bag.
If you have not received your tent assignment, you can still drop your gear on Saturday morning, and then stop by the tent assignment table. If you are signing up with a friend, you both will need to present to sign up for tent assignment line on Saturday morning. If you don’t have someone to share a tent with, you will be assigned a tent partner of the same gender that morning.
Gear assignment is designated by colour; so when you pick up your luggage at Camp all you have to do is look for that same colour! DON'T FORGET
Bring Your Photo ID Driver's License: You’ll need it if you’ll be drinking alcohol at Camp on Saturday or driving a vehicle. Last-Minute Donations: Bring any last-minute donations on Saturday. Each donation must have a completed donation form. Speed up the check-in process by bringing them properly filled in.
Shower Supplies
Please remember to bring any shampoo, toiletries, blow dryers, or amenities you might need for your shower. While our vendor has provided these items in the past, we will not be having them this year. There will STILL be showers, but you will have to provide your own toiletries if you require them.
